Full Description of Bug:
> In 1.59, Spore Hero Arena must be manually placed in Stealth Mode (hold START when selecting the game) to work.

I'm sure this is true of other games, but it works fine in 1.58--I don't know if this is because it was automatically entering stealth mode in 1.58 or what, but I thought it might be worth pointing out in case something changed from 1.58 to 1.59 that shouldn't have.
If reproducable, how to reproduce:
> 1. Start the game
2. When prompted, touch the touchscreen to move past the title screen
3. Results in two black screens, music continues to play.

OR

1. Start the game in Stealth Mode (1.59)
2. Game works

OR

1. Revert to 1.58 firmware
2. Start the game and everything works fine
